Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between [Legal entity name] (operating quikinterview.ai) and the organisation that creates an account ("Customer"). By using the service you confirm that you can bind the Customer.

The service

quikinterview.ai provides AI-led video interviews, integrity monitoring, recordings, evaluations and related tools. Features depend on the plan you choose; plans, credits and prices are shown on the pricing page and in Settings → Billing.

Customer responsibilities

• Have a lawful basis and give candidates the notices required by law before inviting them; our consent screen helps but does not replace your own obligations.
• Use AI evaluations and integrity signals as decision support only and keep a human in every hiring decision.
• Do not use the service to discriminate unlawfully or to assess people for purposes other than hiring.
• Keep accounts secure, manage member roles, and respond to candidate rights requests.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to break security, probe other tenants, or overload the service.
• No unlawful, harmful or infringing content in openings, questions or uploads.
• No resale of the service without a written agreement.

Data protection

For candidate data the Customer is the data fiduciary and we act as its data processor under the data processing addendum, which forms part of these terms. The privacy notice and sub-processor list describe our processing.

Fees and credits

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Interviews consume credits when they start, not when invites are sent. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Unpaid invoices may lead to a read-only account after a grace period.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. AI output can be wrong; you remain responsible for hiring decisions. Liability caps and exclusions are set out in the order form or, if none, limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement as described in the order form or by cancelling the subscription. After termination you can export data for 30 days; then it is deleted under the retention rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at [city] have jurisdiction.
