Why QuikInterview

Everything a great first round needs, and nothing you have to babysit

Built for recruiters who screen at scale and hiring managers who want proof, not gut feel.

  • A lifelike AI interviewer

Natural voice, adaptive follow-ups and an optional realistic video avatar. Candidates get a real conversation, not a form.

  • Evidence, not opinions

Every score links to the transcript moment and the recording, so you can check any claim in one click.

  • Integrity you control

Pick light, standard or strict proctoring per opening: tab and face checks, phone as a second camera, photo ID match.

  • Coding inside the conversation

A real editor, runnable samples and hidden tests, and candidates explain their approach out loud.

  • Published pricing, self-serve

No sales call needed. Start a free trial, pay by card in US dollars, and download invoices any time.

  • Privacy built in

Consent before every interview, retention you set, candidate erasure on request and a public sub-processor list.

How it works

From job description to shortlist in four steps

Most teams publish their first opening on day one.

Paste a job description. AI suggests skills, a rubric and questions, which you can edit or replace with your own.

Coding rounds

Watch them think, not just compile

Candidates code in the editor developers know, run sample tests and explain their approach. Hidden tests are graded automatically.

  • 14 languages, including Python, Java, Go and SQL
  • Sample and hidden tests run in a sandbox
  • Spoken explanation scored with the code

FAQ

Questions teams ask before they switch

How does the AI interviewer work?

You set the role, skills, rubric and questions. The interviewer asks them in a natural voice, follows up when an answer is vague and keeps time. Afterwards it scores each answer against your rubric and links every score to the transcript and recording.

Does the AI make the hiring decision?

No. QuikInterview recommends; your team decides. Reports show the evidence behind every score so a person can check it, and you can re-run an evaluation or override it.

How do you stop cheating?

Pick a proctoring level per opening. Light watches fullscreen, tab switches and face presence; standard adds screen sharing, gaze checks and AI review of camera frames; strict adds a phone as a second camera. Photo ID matching can be added to any level. Signals go into a trust score and are kept for human review rather than auto-rejecting anyone.

Which roles can it interview for?

Any role with a clear set of skills: engineering, data, product, sales, support, operations and graduate hiring. Technical openings can add a coding round in 14 languages.

Which languages are supported?

Interviews run in English today, with more languages on the way.

How is candidate data protected?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS. Candidates consent before the interview, you set how long data is kept, and erasure requests are handled in-product. See the Security page for details.
